Byron Caswell

Byron oversees strategy and delivery for ICF’s technology platform practices. Byron also leads the Health, Defense, and Commercial Portfolio for ICF’s Digital Modernization Division.

Byron’s team supports customers by providing the full lifecycle of digital transformation services, including enterprise architecture direction and portfolio rationalization strategy, agile application development leveraging modern platforms, digital service center operations, customer engagement and human-centered design, and cybersecurity support.

Prior to joining ICF, Byron held a variety of leadership roles helping drive growth and delivery strategy at Incentive Technology Group (ITG) (acquired by ICF in 2020), founding and leading a strategy and technology services startup, and leading mission-critical efforts for customers in the defense, intelligence, health, retail sales, financial services, and digital media domains.

Byron holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in systems engineering from the University of Virginia, is an active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and is a 2018 Federal 100 award winner.
