Wendy Williamson

Wendy Williamson has been working in the Project/Engagement Management field for 14 years, spending most of her career leading implementation projects for Department of Defense, NASA, and State agencies. She began working with ServiceNow in 2017 amassing knowledge in ITSM, HR Service Delivery, IT Business Management, CMDB, Change Management, CSM, Portal, Knowledge Base, and custom applications. Working with incredibly talented consultants inspires her to continue her ServiceNow journey and enjoy bringing valuable solutions to clients throughout the Federal space.
