Kevin is a respected thought leader in technology and digital transformation as well as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives. He is currently serving as the Chief of Staff of the Global Public Sector (GPS) business for ServiceNow – a new organization established as a strategic priority for the company. GPS oversees and integrates product development, marketing, sales, support, legal and compliance, and government relations for large global public sector clients.
His most recent role was Field CTO and Executive Strategist for Defense and National Security ServiceNow. In that role, Kevin worked with government agencies to deliver digital workflows that create great experiences and unlock productivity. Prior to that he served for more than 28 years as a military and federal leader of organizations and teams who built large-scale transformation initiatives. He has a proven track record of leveraging his skills to implement people and process solutions that increase satisfaction and drive growth.
During his career he has served increasing levels of responsibility while leading and developing high performing teams of cross functional experts in challenge environments. He was the functional implementation lead of an Air Force-wide updated of the HR system, moving the highly customized platform from on prem to the cloud and posturing it for future expansion as a modern HR system.
His transformation efforts have not been limited to technology alone. He championed the development of a more analytics savvy workforce across all levels of operations. As the initiative matured, the organization was better positioned leverage emerging gains in predictive analytics and data-focused decision making in support of an expanding workforce.
