Shaun Westfall

Shaun is currently a member of the Digital Capabilities Directorate at AFRL, working to modernize ITSM and improve processes across the service desk, enterprise systems, and operations support teams. He also leads the ServiceNow AFRL enterprise platform development support team.

Prior to government work, Shaun was in a variety of IT and ITSM positions in the private sector with companies including Mead (ACCO Brands) and The Kroger Co. When he’s not working, he’s usually bouncing between kids’ sports and activities, or on a walk with the family dog.
