Shannon Long is a Senior Manager for ServiceNow’s Outbound Product Management team, covering the Risk product suite. Her work focuses on delivering next-generation solutions to support the enterprise and the everchanging risk exposures they face. She has nine years of experience in enterprise technology, including professional consulting and ServiceNow implementation experience within risk management.

Shannon has supported a large span of industries and customer sizes. She has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University and lives in Atlanta, GA.
