Paez is a Vice President of Cloud, Information Technology, Network and Cyber Solutions at CACI International Inc., a global provider of technology and expertise serving enterprise and mission defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers.
Ms. Paez leads the global delivery of enterprise information technology services and integrated network and cyber solutions that secure and enable mission operations and modernize our nation’s most critical infrastructure. She delivers a full range of technology and expertise to design, build, implement, secure, and sustain information technology infrastructure to enhance operational performance, enable mission agility, and optimize the user experience. She applies a value-driven approach to the delivery of each program within her portfolio, specializing in IT service optimization, cyber and network defense, data management, compute and cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization at an enterprise scale.
Ms. Paez is responsible for strategic planning for CACI’s Enterprise IT market to drive market growth and outstanding program performance for current customers. She has focused her efforts on investing ahead of need to bring the latest technologies securely to new and current customers. Ms. Paez is also actively planning for the workforce of the future, strategically investing in the development of her employees to advance their expertise in emerging technologies.
Prior to joining CACI, Ms. Paez served in executive leadership roles at General Dynamics and Unisys, where she led strategic growth and business operations. She oversaw engineering and technology organizations delivering a broad array of capabilities in information technology, cyber security, business analytics, logistics, transportation, Health IT, and financial services. Ms. Paez is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
Ms. Paez has spent her career in leading large and diverse organizations and managing complex, multibillion-dollar programs that modernize, support, and secure critical government agency missions.
