Kate Allison is Associate Vice President of Research and Digital Equity at Comcast Corporation. In this role, Kate leads research initiatives to better understand the digital divide, barriers to broadband adoption, digital navigators, and impacts of home internet adoption on economic mobility, workforce development, and health equity.
Kate joined Comcast in 2016 as a Harvard University Strategic Data Fellow leading research and operational analytics for Internet Essentials, the largest and most comprehensive internet adoption program in the United States. Kate holds a PhD in Research and Evaluation Methodology, with expertise in psychometrics, applied statistics, longitudinal data analysis, survey development, and public policy.
