Jamie Burns is the Business and Analytics Platform program manager at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), where she spearheads organizational transformation through innovative automation solutions and strategic data utilization to enhance efficiency and drive successful outcomes.

During her 15-year tenure at DLA, Jamie has earned a reputation for making complex technology both accessible and impactful, all while fostering a positive, supportive and growth-oriented environment for her staff. A champion of small technology vendors, Jamie has developed creative acquisition strategies that open doors for small businesses, while her restructuring of software contracts has delivered significant cost avoidance and pricing stability for DLA.

Jamie is a U.S. Navy veteran and holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government.
