Brian Baker

Brian Baker is ServiceNow’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Client Director, responsible for the company’s active and emerging deployments across DHS Headquarters, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), DHS Intelligence & Analysis (I&A), and the U.S. Secret Service.

A member of the ServiceNow Federal team since March 2021, Brian has served the broader DHS community for nearly 20 years through program, project, and account management roles supporting multiple Components including FEMA, USCIS, and TSA.

Over the course of his career, he has also led strategic planning and project/PMO activities for a host of other Federal Civilian agencies, including VA and NOAA. An active participant in the wider Federal IT ecosystem, Brian has held a variety of leadership positions within ACT-IAC and AFCEA Bethesda, currently serving as that organization’s President through June 2025.
