Sue Pan oversees the operations of NCI’s Digital Services Center (DSC), offering a spectrum of professional services to support NCI’s adoption and implementation of emerging digital technologies, driving the digital transformation of NCI’s operations. As the Chief Engineer for the NCI CIO, Sue directs IT engineering process management and governance across all IT service areas, leading DSC teams specializing in software development, systems engineering, cloud and SaaS platform engineering and operations, as well as IT service management governance and implementation.
Additionally, Sue serves as the ServiceNow platform owner at the NCI, spearheading the implementation of NIH and NCI’s automation development via the ServiceNow platform.
