Thomas Bruss

Thomas (Tom) Bruss is a Managing Director in Accenture’s ServiceNow Business Group, the largest ServiceNow implementation partner in the world and also one of ServiceNow’s largest customers. In this role Tom is responsible for Accenture’s own ServiceNow platform capabilities, including over 100 cross-enterprise applications and 1900 global business services powering Accenture’s digital core. Tom also provides thought leadership on platform adoption strategies, delivery, and operations, supporting ServiceNow opportunities for our federal and commercial clients.
